Today's workout was to run 5 miles easy with 5 acceleration strides. My legs felt really dead due to last night's track workout, but I have to put in the work. I have talked a lot of junk about running sub-21 in the office 5K on May 12th. I plan on living up to this big talk so I am following an
advanced training plan on the running planet website.
